**You will be responsible for the following**:
⦁ Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
⦁ Lead and manage paid advertising campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
⦁ Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimisation.
⦁ Lead the optimisation of conversion funnels by analysing full campaign metrics through to offline conversion working closely with our senior sales management team.
⦁ Collaboration with our comms team to optimise targeting, messaging, and creative assets to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
⦁ Manage performance marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively and ensuring a positive return on investment based on campaign success
⦁ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align performance marketing efforts with overall business goals and priorities.
⦁ Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
⦁ Lead and mentor the providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and grow in their roles
**You will have**:
⦁ Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, with a track record of driving measurable results.
⦁ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, such as Excel (whizzkid), Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and marketing automation software.
⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
⦁ Strategic mindset and ability to think creatively and analytically to solve complex business problems.
⦁ Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results.
⦁ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
⦁ At least 5 years of experience in leading Direct Response campaign strategies and execution
⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
⦁ Creative and thoughtful about how to identify and solve client and prospect pain points
⦁ Inquisitiveness, Impact, Pragmatism, Entrepreneurialism
⦁ Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
