A global Cheadle-based manufacturing business is looking to hire an ambitious HR Administrator.
You will be responsible for;
- Supporting the busy HR function
- General administration
- General maintenance of account records on the CRM system
- Non-technical assistance with the formation of proposals
- Coordinating queries
- Production of bespoke reports regarding forecast / delivered work and any general account information as and when requested by the sales team
- Experienced working in an administrative role supporting a HR function or similar
- Able to use initiative as well as work as part of a team
- Methodical, process-driven approach
- Organised and efficient with the ability to work autonomously
- An exceptional communicator with attention to detail
- Able to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated with drive and ambition to meet & exceed targets
