Clevedon gymnastics is a small but mighty Gymnastics club in Clevedon, BS21 6XU with around 200 members. We provide opportunities for recreational, competitive, freeG and pre-school gymnastics classes in a relaxed, engaging and social environment.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Gymnastics Coach to join our team.

As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for providing high-quality coaching and instruction to gymnasts of all ages and skill levels. Your role will involve creating a safe and positive training environment, developing gymnastics skills, and fostering a love for the sport.

The job role includes:

- Plan and conduct gymnastics training sessions for individuals and groups
- Teach proper techniques and form for various gymnastics disciplines - Develop training programs tailored to the needs and abilities of each gymnast
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help gymnasts improve their skills
- Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing safety rules and protocols - Monitor progress and track performance of gymnasts
- Prepare gymnasts for competitions and assist with competition routines
- Collaborate with other coaches to develop training strategies and lesson plans
- Maintain a clean and tidy gym

**Skills**:

- Strong background in sports coaching, preferably in gymnastics
- Ability to educate and inspire athletes of all ages
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of proper techniques, rules, and safety guidelines in gymnastics
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Ability to adapt coaching methods to meet the needs of individual gymnasts
- Strong organizational skills to plan training sessions effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £8.60-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week
