Page Personnel is supporting a highly successful retail business with their recruitment of a Hybrid Junior Finance Administrator to join their team on a full-time, 6 month contract. The role is part of the Accountancy team and reports into the Finance Managerworking alongside a team of 4. Although this role is hybrid, you will be expected to attend the Southampton office a couple of times per week.
**Client Details**
Our client is a highly reputable retail business and has gone from strength to strength over the past 2 years. They have ambitious yet achievable growth plans and therefore looking to expand their Accountancy department to support this.
**Description**
As the Hybrid Junior Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Processing invoices
- Matching and coding invoices
- Dealing with a range of supplier queries
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Supporting the rest of the Finance Team with month end duties
- Any other adhoc duties as requested by the Finance Manager
**Profile**
In order to be considered for the Hybrid Junior Finance Administrator, you must:
- Have previously worked within the finance team
- Be immediately available or on very short notice
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Be able to multi-task
- Be adaptable
