**Role Responsibilities**:

- Speakingwith existing customers to help them reclaim money on mis-sold financial claims.
- Running through a questionnaire with customers, asking basic questions about their claim.
- Engaging with customers in a friendly, compliant, and professional manner.
- Following up with customers about their claim and ensuring all documents are returned.
- Responding to inbound calls and general enquiries from customers.
- Building a rapport with customers and keeping them updated with their claim.
- Background in a phone-based role, preferably a contact centre (not essential).
- Experience working in a customer focused role, including retail.
- Personable, confident and ability to build a rapport with customers.
- Organised and can manage own workload.
- Motivated working towards KPIs & targets.
- Exceptional communications skills both written and verbal.
- Computer literate

**Location**:
The offices are based near Fareham, just off the M27 or are a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station and is commutable from Portsmouth, Southampton, Fareham, Havant, Cosham, and other surrounding areas. It is also located close to local amenities, a post office, and shops.
