Hire & Licensing Liaison Specialist

**Main Responsibilities**:
Support to Fleet Manager.
Own and monitor the Fleet inbox ensuring all time sensitive actions are completed and any misplaced communications are realigned.
Own and monitor incoming receipts and end hire documents.
Effective communication to manage relationships with DWA’s stakeholders.
Receipt of New Work;
- supporting in the processing of all new work items in to Fleet
- assisting with the decision on feasibility of hire, based upon availability of access to plate and or vehicle, (ensuring all relevant data is passed to the administrator for updates to Intellectual Property relating to availability and historical experiences of offering plate to that council)
- assisting with agreeing hire start date with client
- assisting with monitoring ongoing authorised hires with the insurer client
- arranging end hire date and contacting client to make aware
Councils;
- assist with building and maintaining relationships with councils being utilised to plate vehicles
- assist with updates or amendments to any stored data relevant to vehicle plates, i.e. availability/death of plate, transfer of plate, need for better controls on vehicle plate availability
Cross Hiring;
- support cross hire processes including recording reduced rates
- support instruction and cessation of cross hire vehicles
Processing Existing Work Streams - (ongoing/existing hires);
- assist with all diary and claims requirements
- ensure all time sensitive actions are completed as and when needed
- liaising with Claims team to off hire at correct times
- liaising with authorised suppliers to agree hire end times
- ensuring client is made aware of need to collect vehicle and approach issues prior to passing to Fleet Manager for allocation of collection
- ensuring accuracy of data being passed to claims for invoicing

**Salary**: £20,500.00-£21,000.00 per year
