- negotiator to work within sales or lettings in the Oxfordshire region (available locations: Cowley, Headington, Witney)**

**The Role**

Working at the heart of your branch team and with colleagues across your region and branch network, you’ll be **passionate about matching people with the most appropriate property.** The role's main purpose is **to list the properties**, **conduct property viewings, negotiate offers of sales or lets** and their progress through exchange and completion.

It’s a passion you’ll share with your colleagues, who’ll support and assist you to deliver the **best customer service possible.**

Whether you have a solid **background in real estate already in lettings or sales, or have a solid interest in estate agency sector, **we’d love an opportunity to talk to individuals who are **honest, act with integrity and possess exceptional communication skills.**
