**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the establishment, providing a friendly and professional service.
- Manage food preparation tasks, ensuring adherence to food safety standards at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, employing basic maths skills for till operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters.
- Assist in managing customer queries and complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction with their experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and communication regarding orders.
- Support team members during busy periods, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to help wherever needed.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with food preparation and food safety regulations is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic maths skills are required for handling transactions and managing orders accurately.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team are essential for success in this role.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
