The role of **Finance Business Partner - Commercial**will require you to business partner with the UK Commercial Team, influencing key stakeholders to ensure financial rigour around all customer assessments.

As the lead financial partner to the key sales accounts, you will provide excellent financial insight and analysis to drive profitable growth, act as a catalyst to identify revenue and margin enhancing opportunities, whilst supporting the sales team withreporting cycles, promotional management, JBPs, CPI planning and delivery and NPD.

Key responsibilities will include
- Business partnering key accounts; manage individual customer P&Ls through collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to ensure delivery of financial goals and objectives.
- Support the month end process with revenue and margin variance analysis inputting into the creation of month end outputs to be shared with UK leadership team.
- Support the financial planning processes (budget & forecasts), ensuring that financial forecasts are accurate and complete.
- Support decision making across the commercial teams with insightful and accurate recommendations
- Highlight future performance concerns and opportunities and take a lead role in planning commercial activities required to remediate any gaps to target.
- Have 2+ years post qualified experience gained within the **Food** or **FMCG**:

- The ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships at all levels - highly collaborative
- Excellent numerical and verbal reasoning skills coupled with an analytical approach
- A 'self-starter' with excellent time management & organisation coupled with tenacity to get the job done.
- The ability to work both individually and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong team work ethic.
