We are looking for an experienced professional with a background in construction and health & safety to join our passionate team. This is a varied role working in our property services and development team and suited to a motivated and proactive individual.

Main Responsibilities
- Supporting projects with risk assessments, pre-construction phase and construction phase plans and
- Working to ensure improvements are made with HSE standards
- Managing documents and files
- Coordinating health and safety meetings to monitor compliance on projects
- Identifying improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
- Setting expectations for health and safety and taking appropriate action where necessary
- Liaise with build director at handover stages to ensure compliance on site
- Regular site checks and reports to be completed and uploaded to the system

Essential Skills & Attributions
- Full driving license
- Have your own car and able to travel across our operating areas of Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire & South West London for regular site visits
- A high regard for health and safety
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability working in fast paced environment
- Work proactively and with initiative
- Ability to multitask
- Be a natural leader with the ability to oversee multiple projects at one time

Experience
- Previous experience within the Property Development, Construction or Health and Safety industry is essential

Desirable
- Carrying out duties as required of a ‘Competent Person’ under the requirements of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 (Reg. 7)
- NEBOSH National General and or Construction Certificate (or equivalent)
- Experience of CDM Regulations 2015 including CDM Principal Contractor/Designer roles and hold Membership

Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
