**THE COMPANY**:
We are a category leading international food supplier and brand owner, supplying all the major grocers & more. We have seen an impressive amount of growth within our category and business. due to this expansion we need someone to come in and continue theimpressive results.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Due to the success we have had as a business, we are looking for someone to join as our Export Sales Manager tasked with managing, developing and exceeding the international financial objectives. To set & implement strategic development goals for the exportdivision for annual and future plans.

You will be a fundamental part of the international export division managing a team of 2. You will report into the Commercial Manager and be responsible for all our products working within key strategic EU regions.

This is a fantastic role with a huge amount of autonomy and sway within the company. You will be sitting in a globally visible role, which is a great opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge or step up in their career.

**ABOUT YOU**:
You will be an action orientated, self-starting and passionate individual with the ability to make things happen and be happy working as part of a small team.

Be a commercial and financial expert with a huge level of gravitas.

Be able to work in a cross-functional environment.

Ideally you will be able to speak another European language (But not necessary).

Flexible to travel internationally when needed.
