**Location**:Edinburgh

**Salary**:£76,194 - £89,640

**Hours**: Full time

**Working Pattern**: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at our Edinburgh office.

**About This Opportunity**:
Are you ready to use your coordination and engagement skills to drive meaningful change and deliver complex, high-impact regulatory projects? If so, the Workplace Digital Lab at Lloyds Banking Group could be the perfect fit.

We're looking for a Lead Integrator to help steer the delivery of key legal, regulatory and mandatory initiatives like the Pensions Dashboard, Advice and Guidance, and Inheritance Tax changes. This ensured our members receive the best possible outcomes while we meet all our obligations.

You'll be joining a team that sits at the heart of both business and technology change. The Lead Integrator plays a pivotal role in managing dependencies across platforms, executive functions and third parties, often coordinating complex and high risk implementations. It's a role that demands clarity, collaboration and a passion for delivering safe, effective change at pace.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Collaborate with Lab Leadership to sequence integration tasks in line with the Lab backlog and delivery priorities
- Identify, catalogue and manage dependencies between the platform and external teams to enable smooth delivery
- Work with stakeholders outside the platform to ensure effective interlock and maintain delivery momentum

- Provide integration expertise to support governance activities across programmes, including PRIA and shared infrastructure changes

**Why Lloyds Banking Group**:

**What you’ll need**:

- Proven experience in coordinating complex, multi-party implementations across business and technology teams within Financial Services
- Strong ability to identify and manage dependencies and blockers, ensuring smooth delivery across platforms and stakeholders
- Skilled in sequencing and prioritising integration tasks in alignment with strategic backlogs and delivery goals
- Confident communicator with the ability to establish and articulate integration points to a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience managing third-party suppliers, including performance oversight and issue resolution
- Familiarity with governance processes and regulatory change programmes, providing integration expertise across multiple initiatives

**About working for us**:
Our ambition is to be the top tier UK business for diversity, equity and inclusion supporting our customers, colleagues and communities, and we’re committed to creating an environment in which everyone can thrive, learn and develop.

We were one of the first major organisations to set goals on diversity in senior roles, create a menopause health package, and a dedicated Working with Cancer Initiative.

We offer reasonable workplace adjustments for colleagues with disabilities, including flexibility in office attendance, location and working patterns. And, as a Disability Confident Leader, we guarantee interviews for a fair and proportionate number of applicants who meet the minimum criteria for the role with a disability, long-term health or neurodivergent condition through the Disability Confident Scheme.

We provide reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process to reduce or remove barriers. Just let us know what you need.

**We also offer a wide-ranging benefits package, which includes**:

- A generous pension contribution of up to 15%
- An annual performance-related bonus
- Share schemes including free shares
- Benefits you can adapt to your lifestyle, such as discounted shopping
- 30 days’ holiday, with bank holidays on top
- A range of wellbeing initiatives and generous parental leave policies

**At Lloyds Banking Group, we're driven by a clear purpose; to help Britain prosper. Across the Group, our colleagues are focused on making a difference to customers, businesses and communities.
