- Location - Westminster City Council
- Company - A Well-Established Facilities Management Provider.
- What you get in return - £41,000 + Package
- Estimated Earnings - £55,000 per annum
- Shift pattern - Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
A leading FM provider who are renowned for their staff retention and prestigious contacts are currently recruiting for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to work on one of their flagship contracts, in Westminster.
This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong Mobile Mechanical Engineer to their team.
Trade which consist of the following;
- Must hold a recognised mechanical trade apprenticeship and/or relevant qualifications to level 3 (theory and practice) in a relevant Mechanical discipline with suitable industry experience in plumbing heating and ventilation
- Must be able to work independently when necessary as well as being part of a supportive team sharing knowledge, best practice and experience.
- Willingness to learn new skills and have a flexible approach to dealing with planned and reactive maintenance tasks. Other duties of the role can include Emergency Light and Fire Alarm Testing; L8 Legionella is desirable
- Responsible for the safe operation, planned and reactive maintenance of Mechanical systems, associated plant equipment installed across the contract
- To carry out new mechanical works as required i.e. renew works, refurbishment and work associated with the life cycle maintenance programme.
