Mobile Mechanical Engineer Location:London & South East England Salary: £45,000 + Van & Fuel Card + Overtime Hours:Monday to Friday An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join a leading facilities management and building services company. Covering London and the South East, the successful candidate will carry out a variety of mechanical maintenance and repair tasks across a portfolio of commercial buildings. This is a mobile role with a company van and fuel card provided, offering great earning potential through regular overtime and weekend work.Key Responsibilities:Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across commercial sitesWork on plumbing systems, fan coil units (FCUs), pumps, valves, and pipeworkMaintain and service plant rooms, hot and cold-water systems, and HVAC equipmentDiagnose and repair faults quickly and effectivelySupport with installation and upgrade works when requiredEnsure all maintenance is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulationsLiaise with clients and colleagues professionally to ensure excellent service deliveryMaintain accurate records and documentationSkills & Experience Required:Recognised mechanical or plumbing qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds)Proven commercial maintenance experienceessentialGood working knowledge of building services systems and plant roomsStrong mechanical fault-finding and problem-solving skillsExperience with hot and cold water systems, FCUs, and general plumbingFull UK driving licenceessentialExcellent communication and customer service skillsWhats on Offer:Salary up to £45,000 per annumCompany van + fuel cardPlenty of overtime availableMonday to FridayTraining and career progression opportunities within a growing businessTPBN1_UKTJ
