Marketing and Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced and hands on Marketing and Business Development individual to help us identify and understand opportunities in the market to support our market share strategy and drive the growth of our London office and its core strategicsectors.
As Marketing and Business Development Manager you will feel confident to develop and drive our Marketing and Business Development plans in a hands-on way, support partners in managing allocated sectors growth and regular reporting on progress and achievements.
You will be part of the marketing team, drawing on all the firms resources and will play an active,
hands-on role in driving the growth of your allocated core strategic sectors in London and work closely with our other Business Development specialists to achieve targets. You will be able to draw on our partners specialist knowledge of these sectors todevelop your knowledge and understanding.
You will also be expected to be a proactive member of the central marketing team, bringing ideas,
support and leadership to the table when necessary.
You will be working as a part of a large and experienced team, so lots of opportunity to learn, expand and share your knowledge and work on new and exciting things

**Qualifications and skills required**:
- 6+ years’ experience in a Marketing or Business Development role
- Desirable to have experience of professional services industry
- Desirable to have experience of working in a large firm
- Desirable to have hands on knowledge and experience of the power of social media and digital
- Able to build strong relationships at Partner level and provide valuable input into marketing strategy
- Must have a 'hands on’ approach
- Able to manage conflicting priorities and consistently deliver high quality work to deadlines
- Experience in assisting the development, delivery and ROI of marketing campaigns.
- Is a good communicator, has excellent presentation skills, takes the initiative and is hard working with a positive attitude.
- Has the ability to prioritise effectively and works accurately and well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Competent user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Creativity - the ability to come up with interesting ideas that adhere to MHA brand values.
- Tender Writing - desirable, not essential
