**About the Role**:
As **VP Sales**at Solidgate, you will build and lead an elite enterprise sales force to help us become the #1 payments orchestration platform in the world. Your mission: to build a top sales team from Tier-1 fintechs, attack the digital-first enterprise market with precision, and close high-value merchants processing $50M+ annually. You’ll run a war-room sales, focused on volume, revenues, and strategic land-grabs that lock in market leadership. Only A-players, ruthless execution, and full alignment with our vision to empower outstanding entrepreneurs. This is a builder’s role for someone who wants to create a legendary sales machine and rank among the best fintech sales executives in the world.

**What You’ll Own**:

- **Hunting and Closing.**Personally lead high-value deal cycles with enterprise merchants (think $50M+ in annual processing volume). Navigate complex buying groups and close strategic, multi-million-dollar deals.
- **GTM Strategy.**Partner with leadership, marketing, product, and revenue operations to refine Solidgate’s enterprise Go-to-Market strategy, pitch structure, competitive positioning, and sales playbook.

**- Pipeline Generation.**Build a predictable enterprise pipeline via outbound, inbound, partnerships, and ABM campaigns. You will not sit around waiting for leads - you’ll create and control the results and destiny of your team and company overall.
- **Enterprise Sales Leadership.**Build and lead our enterprise sales organization with full ownership of revenue targets, pipelines, and closing motions. Hire, train, and lead a team of A+ enterprise account executives over time. Set the cultural tone: high ambition, high execution, high integrity.
- **Product Contribution.**Collaborate with Product to bring merchant insights into the roadmap, enabling us to stay 10 steps ahead of the competition.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 6-10+ years of experience selling complex fintech, payments, SaaS, or infrastructure products to C-level buyers at mid-market and enterprise companies.
- You have personally closed 6-figure ACV deals with top brands. Not supported, not shadowed - but fully owned.
- You don’t need a 100-page playbook and a huge support, marketing, and operations team to move and get those deals. You are independent and know how to build the motion yourself: the outbound sequences, the pitches, the objection handling, the internal alliances. You have deep connections in the industry and have a shortlist of clients, ready and willing to migrate from direct integrations to acquirers / APMs to an orchestrator.
- You’ve built, led, and scaled a team of A-players: hiring and developing top enterprise sales talent.
- You are convinced that the acquirers in one or another market are pretty much the same - and to achieve the best conversions, minimum costs, and global expansion opportunities for rapidly growing internet businesses, payment orchestration is key.
