You’ll receive full training in our systems and processes. There is plenty of room to grow into the role and take on extra skills whilst doing so. If you have an interest in motorcycles or how things work mechanically, there is loads that should interest you.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys a mix of structured tasks and variety, and is comfortable working independently with the support of a friendly team. While your office hours are short, you will be packing plenty in.

- Comfortable **learning new IT systems** and creating personal guides/notes for future reference
- Strong **organisational and time management** skills
- Basic **numeracy** and ability to **cross-reference systems**:

- A **self-starter** who can manage tasks with mínimal supervision
- Open to learning new admin tasks and **flexible** in helping out where needed
- A **reliable** member of the team who can be counted on to get their allotted work finished
- Someone who can **retain knowledge** as some of the common queries can be complicated but will come up repeatedly

**Useful (but Not Essential) Experience**
- Working in an **office environment**:

- Experience with **invoicing** (including VAT and non-VAT)
- Understanding of **international shipping** and customs documentation
- An interest in **motorcycles** or the automotive industry is a big bonus

**Hours & Flexibility**
- **20 hours per week**:

- **Monday to Friday**:

- Most likely to be working from **9:30am to 1:30pm**:

- **No weekend working** and all bank holidays off
- Great for someone looking to balance work with home life/kids school runs, stay within tax/benefit thresholds, or return to work part-time
- We are open during school holidays so you will need to have childcare cover during this time if applicable

**Why Work With Us?**
- Be part of a **tight-knit, growing business** with a reputation in a specialist field
- Your work will have real impact — and we value initiative
- **Short office hours, no working weekends or bank holidays** and a **Christmas shut-down**:
