**Job description**

- We are looking to recruit a Business Support Officer to support the Continuous Improvements Manager in provide effective and efficient responses to FOI request, distribution of complaints, support with the Design Review Panel and administrative tasks to support the Shared Planning service. This will be a varied and challenging role, and you will have the opportunity to work within an interesting and dynamic team in a fast-moving yet engaging working environment.
- The post holder will be required to assist in the organisation of Panel events, including liaising with panel members to booking of taxi’s through to administrative support at the event. They will also be dealing with processing of invoicing, managing and responding to multiple mail boxes, organising meetings, visits and attendance at events and be the point of contact for Freedom of Information requests. Exceptional organisational and time management skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload is essential.
- You will be highly professional, assertive and confident but also able to display empathy and tact in sensitive situations with a friendly attitude and approach.
- You must have a good standard of general education and it is essential that you are IT literate with well-developed verbal and written communication skills. You should also have excellent customer care skills with a positive attitude and the flexibility to adjust your working hours to support the needs of the business.
