We are looking for a digital marketing apprentice to join our marketing and print business. You will be part of a small team, working closely with a dedicated staff member to gain a thorough understanding of your role. Adaptability is key. You will learn transferable marketing skills to use within your daily job while developing an understanding of **graphic design and pre-press responsibilities**.

What to expect on a daily basis:

- Growing the companies digital presence
- Creating posts on social media channels
- Developing marketing initiatives and live campaigns
- Develop knowledge and understanding of pre-press process
- Creating print-ready artwork
- Creating designs to customers' bespoke requirements
- Mentoring from experienced designers
- Keen eye for detail
- Natural creative instincts
- Good knowledge of Abode Suite including illustrator, inDesign and photoshop
- **Grade 4-9 in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.**

During this **18-month digital marketing level 3 apprenticeship**, you will work alongside a dedicated team member, mirroring them and assisting where necessary. You will also undergo on-the-job training to better understand your daily tasks, including research and written projects. All on-the-job training will take place in-house, weekly, within your set working hours.

Apprentices with Next Level are also entitled to NUS discount cards, our safeguarding wellness programmes and further enrichment courses for extra training.

Future prospects for the role would be to continue as a qualified Digital Marketer or Artworker depending on which role was preferred.

Once employed with us for a year, you will become part of our Employee Ownership Trust. This allows you to share ownership of a percentage of our business and its profits.

You have the opportunity to earn a bonus each year.

Working hours - 40hpw: Mon-Fri 9:00 - 17:30 (30-minute lunch break)

This role will require methodical planning, organisation and a keen eye for detail. Although it's not physically laborious, you will need to remain focused at all times.
