An apprenticeship within our group is as varied as it comes. The Administration Assistant will be part of our operations team, the nerve centre of the staffing division of the business. The work of the operations team is varied, fast-paced and fun with no two days being the same.
Our business specialises in supporting every aspect of hospitality staffing to create incredible events, festivals, weddings and much more. We provide waiting staff, bar staff, kitchen staff, all the way to litter picking and office cleaning.
The primary function of this role is to support our **operations team in all aspects of administration, recruitment, staffing and compliance.**
Our apprentice will be working with our key systems, updating and maintaining the information within, while supporting all of our departments with business administration tasks as required.
We are looking for a pro-active, organised and self-motivated individual with great attention to detail. You must be capable of completing tasks within the required time frames given, either independently or working in tandem with the rest of the team.
Lastly, you must be IT literate and able to use a variety of devices and different software (training on use of our in-house systems will be provided).
Next Level will be offering training and teaching support to help you pass your **Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship** with flying colours Not only do we hire every month, we offer excellent bespoke workshops and 1-2-1 support throughout your course.
The Administration Assistant (apprentice) can expect the following:
- Working 5 days from 7 (usually Monday to Friday 0900-1700), but an open mind about working the occasional weekend day.
- Training and development with a focus on the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Positive working environment.
