We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient installation of flooring across various plots. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can handle daily pressures, and enjoy problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Managing a fitting schedule for a specific region
- Working closely with customers to meet their required installation dates
- Coordinating both employed and subcontractor fitters
- Ensuring our goal is met—never letting a customer down

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Confidence in making phone calls and using a computer
- A problem-solving mindset and ability to work to deadlines
- A team player who thrives under pressure
- A Driving licence would be beneficial
- Experience in Flooring Trade

This is an office-based role in Kidderminster—remote working is not available. If you have experience in a similar role, we’re happy to discuss a higher salary.

Pay: From £25,500.00 per year
