**Overview**
We are seeking an enthusiastic, hard working person to join our friendly office in Stockport as an Administrator.

This is a full-time permanant role.

Realty Management undertakes Block and Estate Management services for a large portfolio of properties.

Administrative duties include issuing letters, with accompanying documents, processing management packs when a property is sold, and a variety of other tasks.

The role would suit someone who is organised, has common sense, and can manage a varied workload.

You will work directly with two other experienced colleagues in our Heaton Chapel office.

Previous experience completing administrative work is desirable.

**Skills**
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
- Administrative experience with familiarity in clerical duties and record management
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail

We pride ourselves in having a friendly, supportive office environment and are looking for someone who will add to that.

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
