**Administrator - Permanent - Skelmersdale - £25k per annum**
We are delighted to be working exclusively with our client who has been established for over 30 years. Due to expansion, we are seeking an experienced Administrator to join a team of 5 supporting the Customer Service team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and adaptable individual, who is proactive and is eager to develop their skills.
**Duties**:
- Answering incoming phone calls, directing to the appropriate person and taking messages when needed
- Creating jobs and managing updates using their ERP system
- Setting up and maintaining stock codes within the ERP system
- Creating detailed Excel
- based work instructions for the production team to follow
- Acting as first point of contact for customers
- Hosting and supporting teams meetings internally and with customer support
- Maintaining SLA 's in Excel
**Working hours**:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am - 5:00pm
