An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recharges Administrator to join a fast-paced and dynamic team at our head office in Skelmersdale. The Recharges Administrator will support the Recharges Manager in delivering an effective and efficient recharge process for all fleet assets across the NRG Riverside fleet. This role will focus on providing high-quality administrative support, maintaining accurate records, ensuring consistency in data entry, and supporting internal and external communications related to recharge activities.

**Who will you be working for?**

- Experience from within a similar role such as Recharge Administrator, Fleet Administrator, Customer Service Administrator, Sales Administrator, Customer Service Advisor, Transaction Administrator
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to confidently communicate at all levels internally and externally
- Highly organised with good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Technically proficient with all MS Office systems including Excel, Outlook and Word
- Comfortable working with data, producing reports, and maintaining accurate records
- Experience in a finance, fleet, or asset management environment (desirable)
- Familiarity with invoice processing and/or customer billing systems (desirable)
- Understanding of vehicle recharges or similar transactional processes (desirable)
- Knowledge of CRM systems and data management best practices (desirable)

**What will be your duties?**
- As the Recharges Administrator you will support the Recharges Manager in ensuring internal processes and customer requirements are consistently followed.
- Monitor recharge activity, preparing and distributing regular reports, updates, and summaries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and assist with the onboarding of new customers in relation to recharge requirements.
- Respond to routine recharge queries from customers and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all recharges are accurately transacted and applied in line with agreed customer terms and conditions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline or enhance administrative processes
- Assist in maintaining robust administrative procedures for the recharge process and contribute to regular reviews for ongoing improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and support efforts to improve accuracy, efficiency and the overall customer experience
