Receptionist & Office Support Co-ordinator

As our Reception and Office Support Co-ordinator you will be undertaking front-of-house reception duties with personal assistant (PA) support and facilities coordination. This is an essential and key role for Foresters ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and staff, while also supporting senior team members with administrative tasks and helping maintain smooth day-to-day office operations.
**Your day to day will include**:
- Reception Duties_
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for meetings.
- PA Support_
- Provide diary management and meeting coordination for senior staff.
- Arrange travel and accommodation bookings.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as required.
- Support with expense claims and administrative follow-up.
- Facilities Support_
- Act as a point of contact for office maintenance and supplier coordination.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Support health and safety compliance, including first aid and fire safety checks.
- Assist with onboarding new employees (e.g., desk setup, access passes).
Working hours are 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday, 8.30 - 17.00.
**What we require**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with health and safety procedures in an office environment.
- Experience supporting facilities or office management functions highly advantageous.
**What we offer you**
- Basic salary up to £32,000 per annum - depending on experience
- Discretionary annual bonus dependent on your performance and company performance provided you are employed on bonus payment date.
