**Where and when do we need you?**

Athelstan Place is a specialist, independent rehabilitation and recovery service supporting young people aged 16-25 years. These young people will have a range of mental health and other complex needs. Our focus is to deliver effective rehabilitation and recovery to those whose needs cannot be met by less intensive mainstream mental health services.

We are looking for an organised and confident individual with strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail to support our Health Service. This role will have responsibility to ensure all administrative tasks and office duties are completed that support the smooth running of the CQC Registered Health Services and providing administration support to the Health Service Managers.

As an administrator for Fair Ways you will be involved exciting and rewarding things like:

- **Demonstrating efficient workload management-** Ensuring that all tasks are fulfilled by required deadlines an that the service managers are supported with administration as required.
- **Ensuring accurate diary management and meeting coordination**:

- Book meetings, events and rooms as required. Attend and minute meetings and produce meeting notes and distribute accordingly.
- **Keeping accurate financial records -** To undertake financial tasks including the petty cash and clear monitoring of this process.
- **Being part of a fantastic team** - Being part of dedicated team across 2 of our CQC services, demonstrating a commitment to working effectively with colleagues and the wider Fair Ways workforce.
- **Being the main point of contact for our health service -** Maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers and vendors in person, online, and via telephone.
- **Supporting your professional development -** Managing your continuous professional development through self-assessment, supervision, training, and the acquisition of different learning opportunities.

**You and your specialisms**
- Proven administration and co-ordination experience and experience of organising meetings and minute taking.
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills with verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of data protection and the ability to manage confidential information.
- Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
