Stock Condition Surveyor

West Lancs Borough Council is looking for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor who is able to carry out detailed internal and external inspections of houses and flats, to include HHSRS repairs and energy performance assessments.
You will be part of a small team whose focus is ensuring accurate data is collected to ensure we maintain a true understanding of our stock performance and help shape future investment programmes.
The post holder will support the development of a positive organisational culture that is outward looking, evidence based and customer focused. You will adhere to the Council’s Expected Behavioural Standards ensuring that a high standard of customer care is maintained and dealt with in a courteous manner.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo security checks as part of the Baseline Personnel Security Standard for accessing Government records. This will include a Basic DBS check.
