**Employment Type**: Full-time (Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30)

Our dental practice in Ystradgynlais is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and service. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and confident full-time receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are committed to delivering a high standard of customer service.

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional manner.
- Schedule and arrange appointments effectively using appointment scheduling systems.
- Handle patient referrals and liaise with clinical staff as needed.
- Process payments accurately and complete end-of-day cash reconciliation.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Experience in a receptionist role (dental experience preferred but not essential).
- Proficiency in I.T and general office software.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a detail-focused approach.
- Well-presented and organized, with the ability to manage a high workload.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
