I am currently working with a leading National Wealth Manager with offices in Manchester who are actively seeking an Financial Planning Administrator to join their very successful team.
You will be working alongside the company directors/advisers and other members of staff to support the business and their clients. The role would include general IFA admin such as preparing meeting packs, updating client information, carrying out investmentreviews and valuations, produce online illustrations, liaising with product providers and platforms.
To be considered for the role you will need to have experience working as an Financial Planning Administrator. If you have Level 4 or are working towards that would be helpful but not essential. If you have IRESS/X-Plan exposure that would be very advantageousbut again not essential.
The right person will have good attention to detail, be able to deliver under pressure, practice good work ethic and be a good team player.
My client would consider someone who needed flexible working and would be home to a hybrid home/office worklife.
For the right person my client would look to offer a highly competitive salary alongside bonus and benefits.
