**People Services Administrator (9 - 12 month fixed-term contract)**
Sutton Coldfield - Birmingham
We are seeking an enthusiastic, people-centric administrator to join our People Services Team, who will accurately provide a full HR administration service within the department and to internal and external customers, acting as a first point of contact for all HR enquires.
This role is a full-time, 9-12 month fixed term contract based at our Head Office in Sutton Coldfield.

**The Role**
As a People Services Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Completing HR processes (e.g. starters, changes, leavers and references etc) in-line with service levels and in accordance with other standards, e.g. Financial Conduct Authority requirements.
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries and redirecting as required whilst providing great customer service.
- Work with managers and colleagues to ensure outstanding or additional personal information is centrally held and available for review.
- Work with and inform the Employee Relations Manager when adverse information is received for pending and existing colleagues.
- Ensure that all legal requests for information (such as Subject Access Requests) are completed in accordance with the relevant SLA, whilst ensuring all information is forwarded to the relevant parties.
- Ensure HR administration, checking, auditing and reporting procedures are completed to satisfy good governance and quality standards.
**Experience**
- Have experience of working within in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Are CIPD qualified or willing to work towards it / equivalent knowledge & experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Proficient in use of Microsoft programmes
- Have good organisational skills and a strong customer service focus - including the ability to communicate effectively using a range of methods.
- Enjoys varied work involving systems, processes and reporting.
- Are able to work as part of a team and be individually motivated to manage personal workload.
- Can demonstrate flexibility, juggle multiple tasks and respond to requests in a timely manner.
