Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring all Kitchen and Food and Beverage areas are maintained in line with food hygiene regulations.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of all crockery and equipment.
- To dispose of waste from catering areas to designated collection points.
- To operate industrial dishwashers in all catering areas
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Being friendly yet professional
- Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism
- Good attention to detail and punctuality
- Being proactive is key
- Experience in a kitchen setting
