**About the role**

Due to team expansion, Thales DIS MULTOS team are looking to hire a Marketing Assistant to provide support and promotion for the MULTOS technology. This is a role packed of variety across all areas of the generalist marketing circuit and will also include international travel to events. This role would suit someone with around 2-3 years generalist marketing experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support with creation of new collaterals
- Promote member flyers / news (where appropriate) via MAOSCO’s promo channels (website, social, media contacts, mailchimp)
- Support delivery of tradeshows, events and seminars (in-person and digital)
- Manage, monitor and maintain digital marketing channels, website and other social media accounts
- Preparation and distribution of monthly market feed slide deck
- Supplier management
- Monitoring customer queries
- Manage contact database including GDPR list and Mailchimp database.
