**About the Role**:
The Marketing and Administration Assistant will assist the Business Development Manager and Office Manager with the delivery of the following duties:

- Assisting with the production of CV’s, data sheets and capability statements.
- General marketing material
- Content creation for Social Media accounts
- Updates to the website
- Press Releases
- Attendance and help at events
- Pre Qualification documents for the preconstruction team
- Meeting and greeting visitors, and organising of refreshments.
- Answering telephone calls and answering enquiries.
- Responding to recruitment queries.
- Recording, downloading, saving, issuing, and printing of drawings.
- General administration including typing letters/formatting of submissions/reports.
- Franking of the post, post office trips and stamping of incoming post.
- Assisting with the circulation of Amiri documents.
- Project work such as updating live site lists and creation of project files.
- Ordering PPE / workwear supplies.
- Ordering site and office stationery supplies.
- Organising the stationery accounts for sites.
- Office duties including watering plants and booking meeting rooms.
- Obtaining information from suppliers.
- Tracking, monitoring and printing information.
- Assistance with hard and electronic copies of Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
- Occasional visits to site and Christchurch office.

**Essential Criteria**:
The Administration Assistant must have the following skills and experience:

- Strong IT skills, including the use of MS Office Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Good communication skills, including accurate spelling and grammar.
- Good organisational skills.
- Full driving licence.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- GCSE (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English with at least a grade C / 4.
- Interpersonal skills
- Quality production of work
- Adaptability

**NB.** This is NOT a remote-working position.

**Salary Range**:
Salary is dependent on experience
