**Service Coordinator**

Due to expansion, an exceptionally busy service desk are seeking another Service Coordinator. In this role you will handle newly won service contracts and existing business.

You will work standard office hours in the Greenford office, you will earn £22,000-£25,000.

You will support customers and colleagues to the highest standards, coordinating service contracts and call outs for the company’s Pumps and Mechanical service Division.

Our client is accredited ISO9001 which is highly important to them and their customer base. The role will be working in accordance with the framework and procedures keeping quality standards flying high.

**Are you the right person for the job?**

If you have the following, then the answer is yes
- Proven experience in a similar customer facing role, providing a service and accurately processing information.
- Able to document, plan and implement complex tasks.
- Previous experience as service coordinator working with warranties or service contracts is desirable, but not essential.
- Clear, confident and positive communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office, Client Extranet’s and Booking Systems.

**What will your role as a Service Coordinator look like?**
- Ensuring positive and professional communication with customers and colleagues when processing contract plans (warranties) for Pumps, Pumping Systems & Mechanical Services.
- General order taking; creating and updating records; discussing out of warranty repair options; ordering replacement parts; discussing payment options; ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Appointment making for service engineers to attend repairs and supporting colleagues with sales enquiries.
- To learn and follow established processes and procedures while working as part of a successful team, delivering first class customer service.
