Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Trainee Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team. If you are passionate about promoting a culture of safety in the workplace and are looking to develop a career in Construction industry related Health and Safety we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and risks on Construction Sites.
- Ensure working practices comply with Company safety policies, procedures and relevant regulations.
- Assist in investigating accidents or incidents to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and improve practices.
- Prepare detailed reports on safety performance and compliance.

In addition the role will include assisting in the administration of our Integrated Management Systems accredited to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.

**Experience**:

- An awareness of Construction related Health and Safety.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong report writing skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £21,028.25-£28,000.00 per year
