**Role**
- Champion the Property Management System (PMS) to manage reservations, ensure processes are running smoothly, and generate reports.
- Liaising with existing client relationships and supporting the onboarding process of new clients.
- Building & maintaining relationships with marketing agents, both UK and International to help increase leads and conversions.
- Generating new business through routinely contacting prospective clients, developing relationships, and contacting prospective clients regularly in order to meet and exceed targets.
- Supporting the Head of Livinc in managing a small team of lettings agents that convert enquiries into bookings.
- Responsible for submitting regular reports and updates of leads via the CRM system.
- Sourcing and attending relevant industry events (both in-person and online).
- Working to deadlines, targets and key SLAs and KPIs.
- Proactively develop (with the support of the business) your knowledge of the property portfolio, market and legal obligations and procedures through external internal training opportunities.
- Responsible for the organisation and management of own time and workload.
- Be a positive influence within the team, helping to maintain a mutually supportive and team orientated environment.
- To carry out any other duties necessary for the successful performance of the role.
- Full training and support will be provided.

**Skills, Experience & Qualities**
- Experience within a property environment would be advantageous (hotels, apart-hotels, serviced apartments)
- Knowledge of the property market and changes in lettings legislation would be an advantage.
- Ideally experience using a PMS and Channel Manager
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and targets
- Strong customer service skills
- Results driven and self-motivated
- Professional approach when dealing with clients
- Positive attitude

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
