Instant Care Solutions is an independent community based service providing care for vulnerable adults with mental health problems. Some of our key support service areas include supporting people with mental health problems, which are often accentuated by dualdiagnosis, challenging needs, forensic history and personality disorder.

- To provide people with care and support appropriate to their needs, choices and preference in a warm, secure and supportive atmosphere.
- Provide a trained and skilled caring team who are dedicated to the promotion of recovery by using recognised mental health recovery tools.
- To work with people by encouraging, supporting and facilitating them to take control of and manage their own healthcare.
- Create and maintain a learning environment to further the personal and professional development of our staff at all times.
**Our Team**
ICS limited is fully committed to staff training and development. We have a comprehensive training programme and a high proportion of our staff have achieved NVQ qualifications and other post-graduate specialist courses in health and social care.
- As a mental health recovery worker, you will work as part of a team, with service users, focusing on the expressed needs of the service user and providing support to promote the individual's independence and recovery.
- You will also promote and support the use of a range of therapeutic activities as part of an agreed plan of care.
- Also, you will be required to support service users to draw up support plans, to enable them to develop life and social skills.
- You will also need a flexible approach to working hours.
- Be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills and exhibit attitudes and behaviours reflective of ICS vision and values.
- Ideally, you should possess or work towards a **level 2 NVQ/ Diploma in Health and Social Care/BSc /MSc.**:
- You must be able to provide a minimum of 2 references, clear a full DBS check.
- Must have previous experience of working in the **care industry.
