As an administrator your role will be to provide back-office and co-ordination support to the remote Sales Force and our Project Managers, keeping external Customers updated with any developments as necessary, and ensuring that Projects run smoothly, ontime and are within budget.

**Description**
The key responsibilities of an Administrator are as follows;
- Inputting Sales Orders into the ERP System
- Checking inventory levels to ensure stock availability
- Ensure invoices are issued correctly
- Responding too and answering customer queries
- Updating customers and sales managers on project delivery status
- Ensuring quotes and orders match for prices, quantities and deliver date
- Updating CRM with delivery status
- Projects delivered on time and in full within cost target
- Using ERP/ MEP systems for order entry and stock management
- Working Closely and effectively with Customers and Sales Managers.
**Profile**
The successful Administrator will have;
- Good IT Skills, and experienced in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, (including Pivot Tables) & other associated systems.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Organised and able to work to agreed deadlines
- Disciplined and resilient
- Able to work as part of a team, under direct instruction and under own initiative
- Ability to work comfortably with both internal colleagues and external customers
- Flexible and Adaptable
- Highly numerate
- Excellent customer service
