My client is at the forefront of support and information within the construction industry and is looking for a talented Marketing Manager to play a leading role within the company.

**Salary**: £ 45000

Location: Bracknell. Hybrid working may be available, business-dependent

Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm with a shorter day on Friday; finishing at 4.30pm

The Role
- Support the executive team in delivering profitability and results. by determining budgets and targets
- Define strategic objectives of the department, and its KPIs and implement the agreed strategy.
- Guide and provide direction to the marketing team.
- Maintain appropriate competencies and generate motivation within the staff through personal development and job satisfaction.
- Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff.
- Ensure the company is communicating the right messages to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
- Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services.
- Brainstorm ideas for marketing campaigns and liaise with business units to produce effective sales strategies.
- Monitor current campaigns, ensuring staff meets deadlines and completes necessary tasks on time.
- Analyse data to evaluate the success of the marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
- Collaborate with media organisations and advertising agencies.
- Oversee the performance of company websites (UK, France, US, China), define their targets, and analyse their effectiveness in line with the commercial strategy of the organisation.
- Develop an effective mix of traditional, modern, and innovative marketing channels ensuring that they are aligned with the commercial strategy.
- Develop and deliver the third parties' agreements and sponsorship programs for the overall business and its business units.

The Person
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Extensive experience
- Solid understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Business acumen
- Excellent communication skills
