**Key Responsibilities**:As a Zero-Hour Contract Worker at Kontrast, you will wear many hats, ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience every time they visit. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- **Coffee Shop Work**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers.
- Latte art
- **Cleaning**:

- Ensure all areas, including saunas and ice bath zones, are clean and hygienic.
- Follow cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain a pristine environment.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks as needed.
- **Checking In Guests**:

- Welcome guests with a warm smile and assist with the check-in process.
- Provide information about our services and answer any questions.
- Manage bookings and handle administrative tasks related to guest check-ins.
- **Greeting Guests**:

- Be the friendly face that makes every guest feel welcome.
- Offer tours of our facilities and explain the benefits of our services.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Barista skills
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is a plus.

Pay: £12.00-£12.50 per hour
