**About the opportunity**:
The Box Encapsulation Plant project is one of the most important construction projects at the Sellafield Site, the plant will play a vital role in Sellafield’s 100-year clean-up programme by taking nuclear waste recovered from the sites original waste plants and encasing it in concrete so it can be stored in a modern building. The plant is primarily designed to deal with waste from the Magnox Swarf Storage Silo, one of four legacy waste plants prioritised for clean-up by Sellafield Ltd’s owner, the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA). Alongside that work, the plant will also receive certain wastes from the other three legacy waste stores, the First Generation Magnox Storage Pond, the Pile Fuel Storage Pond, and Pile Fuel Cladding Silo.

For our team at Sellafield we now seeking an Admin Support to assist the Project Quality Manager.

**Some of your responsibilities will be**:

- Maintaining site inspection resource coordination tracker, including calendar invite and confirmation of QC availability.
- TQ/PP/NCR/CR tracking including liaison with owner.
- Support Document Controllers with Life Time Records scanning, printing and filing of documentation.
- Liaise with QA to ensure that all snags are up to date within the master snag tracker.
- Aid and close out of snags, liaising with Engineering, QA, SL and Suppliers when required.
- Weekly statistic reporting, KPls etc.
- Maintaining ITP tracker.
- Assisting in preparation of LTR dossiers ready for review.
- Compile evidence and progress for input into LFE.
- Promotion and implementation of the Project Quality Management System and Joint venture processes.

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- Experience of working within a team culture and JV environment.
- Experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office needed, experience of SharePoint desirable
