Part Time HR Advisor

As a HR Advisor you will have demonstrable generalist experience and abilities across key HR areas including ER, recruitment, development, and strategic projects.
**Client Details**
Page Personnel have partnered with a well known supplier of kitchens and joinery products, who are looking for a HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. The role offers part time hours (22.5 hours per week) and you will be based on site in Goole.
The role is paying up to £40,000 pro rata and also offers a 15% annual bonus (pro rata).
**Description**
As a HR Advisor you will report into the HR Manager, and will partner with the operational teams. You will engage with stakeholders, and operate effectively in a fast paced, commercial business. You will provide support and guidance across ER, recruitment,development and you will have involvement in strategic projects. You will also be involved in key HR projects and will be able to contribute your ideas to enhance the service that is provided to the business.
**Profile**
The successful HR Advisor will have:
- Experience of working in a partnering capacity in a fast-paced HR team
- Sound knowledge and understanding of HR practice and current employment legislation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stake holders at all levels
- Previous experience of analysing MI to inform business decisions, together with sound IT skills including experience of using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and basic Excel
- CIPD qualification (or working towards)
