A highly successful global lighting control system company within the entertainment industry based in Chiswick, is looking to recruit for a HR Team Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a new role due to company growth so a greattime to join.

The Human Resources Team Administrator will be within the HR and Business Operations Team and will be a key contributor to the smooth running of the Human Resources and Recruitment functions. This role will involve efficient administration of recruitmentprocesses, from the posting of adverts all the way through to the induction of new employees.

This role will report to the Group HR Manager, and you will work under their guidance. Also working closely with the Operations team, to provide mutual support at very busy times, including for holiday and sickness.

**Duties**:

- Schedule and co-ordinate interviews to support hiring managers
- Conduct new starter office inductions, working alongside the Office Administrator
- Draft offer letters and contract documents, using existing templates, under the guidance of senior colleagues
- Maintain the preferred suppliers list of recruitment agencies
- Co-ordinate the training schedule
- Assist with administration for employees who are leaving
- Respond to simple queries and guide employees to policies they need
- Update employee HR and training records with key information
- Run simple monthly reports to provide information for the payroll
- Support the administration of employee annual leave and time off in lieu
- Maintain and proactively manage Health and Safety records
- Co-ordinate training for Health and Safety, for topics such as Fire Safety and First Aid
- Receive mail, opening and distributing items through the building
- Reception cover for lunchbreaks / holidays
- Check supply levels for stationery & other and order accordingly
- Respond to incoming phone calls, transferring calls and taking accurate messages

**Skills and Experience**:

- 1 years' experience working within Human Resources teams
- Ideally HR Graduate
- Extremely strong communication skills in both verbal and written English
- Positive, mature attitude and the ability to handle sensitive situations
- Confident working knowledge of computers (MS Office) and the ability to learn new programmes
- Ability to respond to queries, using the resources available, and seek support from senior colleagues as needed
- Excellent time management, including the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks in a busy environment

**Desirable**:

- Working towards CIPD qualification
- Previous experience using any of: Quickbooks, PeopleHR, Teams
- Previous experience with payroll administration
- Previous experience with compliance with Health and Safety regulations
