**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Collaborate with the sales and marketing** teams to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy for Winfo’s automation solutions (WinfoBots and WinfoTest)
- ** Engage with potential clients** to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions to achieve the desired business outcomes
- ** Lead the response** to RFPs, RFIs, and other pre-sales inquiries, ensuring high-quality and timely submissions.
- ** Develop and present demonstrations** that articulate the value and benefits of Winfo’s automation solutions in a compelling way
- ** Stay updated on industry trends** and advancements in RPA, automation and AI to communicate the strategic advantage to inform the Solution Roadmap for Winfo’s automation solutions
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in pre-sales, with a focus on RPA or Test Automation
- Proven track record of successfully managing pre-sales activities and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to engage and persuade stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, customer-centric approach to solution design.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications and business processes best practice
**Desired Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in RPA, Oracle Fusion Applications, and sales methodologies.
- Experience with CRM and sales automation tools.
