**What You’ll Be Doing**

As our Social Media & Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll juggle two exciting hats (not literally, unless you’re into that):
**Recruitment Guru**
- Craft job adverts so irresistible, even your nan will want to apply.
- Drive RecSeekers' growth by matching top talent to dream roles.
- Spot trends and keep us ahead of the recruitment curve like a pro.

**Social Media Star**
- Create engaging content for **LinkedIn**, **Instagram**, and **TikTok** that makes us trend (without cringing).
- Launch viral campaigns that make people stop scrolling and start applying.
- Build the RecSeekers brand into something people can’t stop talking about (or double-tapping).
