**Finance & Payroll Administrator**

ARRA Distribution Ltd are seeking to recruit an experienced Finance & Payroll Administrator on a full-time permanent basis, to join it's busy team in Cross Hands.

The role:

- Administration of the weekly and monthly payroll of 120 employees.
- Uploading pension information.
- Managing the company holiday system.
- Handling the weekly payment runs for suppliers.
- Conduct regular checks on supplier statements and reconcile accounts.
- Be the main point of contact for suppliers and handle any enquiries.
- Provide administration assistance to the Financial Controller.
- Manage the purchase order system.
- Assist with sales ledger activities as required.
- Extensive administrative background with an eye for detail.
- Experience with Sage Accounts and Payroll systems.
- Strong skills in planning, organisation, and managing a varied workload.
- A team-oriented individual with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
