Job Title: Customer Services Advisor (Commercial and Forensic)
Job Role: Customer Service Advisor, product logistics, invoicing and accounting.
Maintain working practices around HR, Health and Safety and Forensic Codes of Practice.
Data Clinic Ltd was established in 2002. We are a small but expanding data recovery company looking for someone to manage all aspects of Customer Service. Our work involves recovering data from all types of failed media storage devices, such as mobile phones, hard drives, RAID systems, memory sticks and memory cards etc. We are looking for someone to work in all aspects of Customer Service. The successful applicant will have the ability to organise and problem solve in a calm, considered and intelligent manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the willingness to take responsibility and use initiative; and close attention to detail.
Main responsibilities:
All aspects of forensic cases: including receipt of exhibits, storage and exhibit release, maintaining the forensic database, arranging receipt and collection of exhibits and invoicing.
All aspects of Customer Services, including:
Sales calls, sales enquiries, customer updates and complaints.
Accounts, invoicing and payments
Logistics management - managing couriers, collections and shipments, packaging and filing, job preparation and scheduling
Maintaining and updating the database
Providing analysis and reports around these key areas of business
Maximising opportunities for repeat business
Maintaining and updating technical knowledge
Follow company Health and Safety policies
Follow company HR policies
Complying with Data Clinic Codes of Practice and Conduct for Forensic Services

**Qualifications**:
8 GCSEs or equivalent including English and Maths
3 A Levels or equivalent - preferably including English
Salary £24,000 - £29,000 depending on skills and experience
Annual Leave - 29 days (including PHLs) - increases with time spent with the company
Working Day - 8am - 4pm
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
