Our services and operations cover pallet network in East Anglia and full-load distribution across the UK.

As a result of an internal promotion, we are currently recruiting a **Customer Services Operator **to work as part of the Customer Service Team at our Woolpit Depot, reporting to the Customer Services Supervisor.

**Objectives**:

- Ensure customer requirements met at all times.
- Customer KPI’s recorded and shared in a timely manner.
- Full and transparent communication with customers and other delivery depots.
- To minimise mistakes, particularly if they have a financial implication to the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Producing customers KPI’s and distribute them accordingly.
- Handling customer claims, acting as a mediator between customer and pallet network.
- Customer POD’s are gathered and on systems within 5 days of delivery.
- Inputting jobs onto various systems, also integration of certain customers CSV files.
- Booking in consignments.
- Monitoring daily discrep reports.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Previous customer service experience preferable but not essential.
- Working knowledge of word/excel/outlook/teams.
- Basic literacy and numeracy.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Able to multitask.
- Good phone manner.
- Remain calm under pressure.
- Diplomatic.
- Flexible approach.

Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Pay: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
