We are currently seeking a Band 3 Administrator to work with the Intensive Support Function Team - Cheshire Wide.

Do you have previous experience within Administration, sound knowledge of Microsoft packages, excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate at all levels?
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a new team in Cheshire as Administration support.
The post will be administration support to a team of clinicians working across Cheshire.
The base will be negotiated either Crewe or Blacon Chester with successfully applicant, but will need to be able to travel around the Cheshire footprint.
**The post holder will**:
- Be responsible for ensuring all communication is accurately and
appropriately undertaken
- Receive and process telephone enquiries on behalf of the Clinical team.
- Input patient information onto the Trust electronic
registers, including the electronic patient record, for which training will be provided
- Type minutes of meetings and confidential reports and circulate as required. The content of these meetings may hold emotional content in line with this being a Mental Health service.
- Arrange appointments for the Clinical Team as necessary and maintain the Clinic diary.
- Assist with the collection of statistical information and data as required.
- Use modern technology and Trust ICT systems to support the
administrative tasks as necessary in daily work
use knowledge, and experience to meet the needs
of the teams by completing non-routine tasks on a daily basis

All new clinical support staff will be required to have completed or working towards the Care Certificate (CWP In-house 2 day training to be completed within 6 months of start date).
Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. Please note that DBS costs will be waived for applicants who are being recruited for COVID-19 reasons.
