**Responsibilities**
- Making customer satisfaction telephone calls for the automotive industry
- Taking customers through a series of questions and gaining customer responses
- Entering customer responses onto an in - house system to accurately record results
- Achieving department KPIs, i.e. number of surveys completed per hour
- Representing premium brands in a professional manner
- Providing excellent customer service at all times

**Qualification**

**Hours**

The hours and days on offer are 16-20 hours per week, across the following shifts:
3pm to 7pm Monday to Thursday and 1pm to 5.00pm Friday

This position is office based at Cardale Park, Harrogate - and is 2 miles from Harrogate Station, close to RHS Harlow Carr.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
